At Venzoriq S.A. we process personal data in accordance with Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic and its complementary regulations. This policy describes what information we collect, for what purpose, how we safeguard it and what rights you can exercise.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to the newsletter (name and email address) and technical navigation data (IP address, device type, pages visited, referring source) whenever you have given the corresponding consent in the cookie notice.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is used to: send the informational newsletter with updates about the Argentine property market and crowdlending; respond to enquiries; produce aggregated statistics on site usage; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent (art. 5 of Law 25,326), on carrying out the informational relationship you request, and on compliance with legal obligations.
5. Third parties and transfers
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with providers of email, analytics and hosting services who act as data processors under confidentiality and security commitments. When such providers operate outside Argentina, the safeguards provided by Provision 60-E/2016 of the National Directorate for the Protection of Personal Data will apply.
6. Retention
We keep newsletter data for as long as your subscription is active. You can cancel it through the link included in every mailing. Technical data is retained for the minimum period necessary for its statistical purpose.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your personal data by writing to privacidad@venzoriq.com. You are also entitled to file claims before the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the enforcement authority in Argentina.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or misuse, including encryption in transit and internal access controls.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We will publish the current version indicating the date of the last modification. Substantial changes will be communicated through the newsletter.
